Inbox empty (after first refresh)

What happened?
After the first refresh (after adding the account) the inbox and all folders are empty.
Need to delete the account, add it again and with same behaviour.

What did you expect to happen?
Should work for all the time

Hey Matthias, thanks for the report and sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

Firstly could you let me know what mail server software you’re using (Cyrus, etc)

Secondly if you could try sync again, then immediately go to App Settings > Help > Share Debug Logs. Then either post a reply here or pop me a DM with the time and I’ll take a look.

I changed my SMTP server from Courier to Dovecot and now it works.
I will give you an update if I have further issues.
